My training sessions focus on mobility, technique and strength. Teaching the body how to move correctly is the first thing we look at by mobilising tight muscles and stiff joints and then learning the correct techniques in order to gain strength. As we age, muscle mass deteriorates and joints become weak. It has never been more important to keep moving and strength training in your 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and beyond will help keep your body supple and strong into later life.
I can offer Personal Training at our gym The Train Station Gym in Wandsworth, London or at my home in West Sussex.

I like to use minimal equipment, so you won’t see a treadmill or static bike. Instead your body is the machine. You may be surprised at what it can do!
